8 standalone houses subdivision from begining to completion. Each house as its unique floor layout with its own interior design providing variety of products for the developer to put on the market.
80 Fred Taylor Drive, Westagte
DYJ completed 42 houses in the new Westgate subdivison area. From the first shovel to last touch of paint. All the lots have its own building consent and the design. Despite the complexity of the whole development, DYJ completed it all without any issues left unsolved.
74 Arran Road, Browns Bay
A design build family home on a steep site. The client saw the value in the land and wanted an additional house for the family. Despite the challenges in the foundaiton as the site had a very steep slope, DYJ and the team well managed the risks.
